Firstly, I am a mother of two children in my 40s. I actually didnt take exercise seriously until I was 35. I didn't know what I was doing or where to start. In 2016, I qualified as a Level 3 Personal Trainer and that's where my training begun. From there I have undertaken numerous courses including Level 3 Adapting Exercise for Ante & Postnatal Clients, pad work, HIIT training and many more.
