Firstly, I am a mother of two children in my 40s. I actually didnt take exercise seriously until I was 35. I didn't know what I was doing or where to start. In 2016, I qualified as a Level 3 Personal Trainer and that's where my training begun. From there I have undertaken numerous courses including Level 3 Adapting Exercise for Ante & Postnatal Clients, pad work, HIIT training and many more.

As a busy mother and wife, I understand the troubles people face with fitting exercise and good nutrition into our daily lives. With good planning and structure, I can help you achieve this. Whether you are embarking on a brand new exercise regime or just want to switch up your current habits, you’ll need a personal trainer that is highly qualified with a friendly, yet motivational attitude. PT Services

I recognise that training needs are individual – that’s why I offer dedicated one-on-one training sessions to help you achieve your goals. My training sessions can take place either in my home gym, commercial gym or in an outdoor space such as a park. I even offer online classes – whatever works best for you and your schedule. To accompany the regular exercise sessions, I’ll also guide you with your nutrition plan, to maximise your training results.
